Australian Animal Photography
Animals are an important part of the Australian landscape and rural way of life. Through photography, I aim to capture their character, movement and individuality — from working dogs and farm animals to wildlife encountered in the Australian countryside.
This collection includes photographs of working dogs, sheep, horses and other animals, capturing moments of concentration, energy, companionship and instinct. Many of the images reflect the close relationship between animals, people and the rural environment.
Working dogs are particularly fascinating subjects. Their intelligence, focus and natural ability to work alongside people create opportunities to capture moments that reveal both their individual character and the demanding work they perform.
The collection also documents animals in quieter moments — grazing, resting, playing or simply responding to their surroundings. These photographs are about more than recording an animal; they seek to capture a sense of character, atmosphere and connection.
